Terms
These terms cover your use of GlideClip, offered by NG Global Investments, LLC, doing business as GlideClip ("we", "us"). By using GlideClip you agree to them.
The service
GlideClip is a web app that blurs sensitive text in screen recordings and turns them into walkthroughs. It runs in your browser. The free edition is free to use; Pro is a paid monthly subscription; Enterprise is licensed by separate agreement.
Your content
- Your recordings and everything you make with GlideClip belong to you. They stay on your computer; we don't receive them.
- Make sure you're allowed to record, edit and share what's in your videos.
Automatic blurring has limits
GlideClip finds and blurs sensitive text automatically, but it can miss things: small, blurry, fast-moving or unusual text, text inside images, and names it hasn't been told about. You are responsible for reviewing every video before you share it. GlideClip gives you a review list, a timeline and a redaction report to help.
Subscriptions
- Pro is billed monthly in advance through Stripe. You can cancel any time from your account page; Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice, by email or on your account page. A new price applies from your next billing period.
- Payments aren't refunded for partial months. When you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- AI suggestions on Pro have a fair-use limit of 100 requests a month.
Acceptable use
Don't use GlideClip to break the law, to infringe others' rights, to get around its licensing, or to overload or attack the service.
Licenses
We grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use GlideClip while these terms apply. GlideClip's code, design and name remain ours. Copying, reselling or redistributing GlideClip, or removing its license checks or the free-edition mark, isn't allowed.
Warranty and liability
GlideClip is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for sensitive information that wasn't blurred. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for GlideClip in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms and will tell you about significant changes. You can stop using GlideClip at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
